Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Personalised Items

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

  • Standard delivery charges are refunded (excluding premium delivery)

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

  • We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items
